These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Floss & Pixel website and the content tools we operate (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Floss & Pixel is a digital marketing agency based in Toronto, Canada.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them. The website and its content are provided for information about our services.
Content tools and platform integrations
Our content tools connect to social platforms we own or manage (for example, our own TikTok account) to create, schedule, upload, and publish our own content. These integrations are operated under the authorization of the relevant account owner and in accordance with each platform's developer terms and policies, including TikTok's. We are responsible for the content we publish through these tools.
Intellectual property
The Floss & Pixel name, logo, website, and content are owned by Floss & Pixel or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floss & Pixel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
