We rebuilt the funnel end to end with proper conversion tracking, intent-matched landing pages, and a clean campaign structure, then relaunched it converting against target inside the first week. The Challenge

Developments.ca, a new-construction listings platform backed by parent company Buildify, needed paid search to generate tracked buyer leads instead of untracked traffic. The campaigns were routing ads to a page that wasn't set up for lead capture, so the bidding system had limited signal to learn from. The site also carried structural SEO debt that was holding back organic visibility.
